The cover is addressed to C.H. Watkins Esq, Builder, Glenhay, Brisbane St.,Hobart, Tasmania, and the blue ‘TWO PENCE’ stamp of New South Wales was cancelled with an OXLEY/ OC 9/ 1907/ N.S.W postmark.
